Honestly the worst hotel I ever stayed in, the rooms are old the TV remote didn’t work and the wallpaper was falling off the walls. The people next to us must have had a party going on with another room in the hotel because the room door was slamming shut repeatedly like there was a group of people coming and... More

Our experience at this hotel was mixed. We were at a conference that met across the street at the Lansing Center. It seems that this is the only hotel in walking distance (but I'm not positive about that), so with little competition, there doesn't seem to be much incentive to go the extra mile in the accommodations. The employees were... More

Stayed here two years ago and had a very nice experience with a great room that was clean. So basically everything about our room is unsatisfactory other than the bed. So I will start with the bed, it is fantastic and works exactly as it should. The sheets were clean and the bed was made pretty good. That was about... More

I want to personally apologize for the issues that you experienced and express my disappointment that we did not exceed your expectations. We've began a renovation for the next 4 months that will include our guest rooms and public spaces to be completed. It seems that you stayed in one of our unrenovated rooms, but that does not excuse the... More

A few years ago, the hotel was getting a little tired. Seems to be more pep in the staff, rooms are updated, restaurant has a better menu and the little touches like complimentary bottles of water are back. Pleasant place all around.

Booked this hotel for a bachelorette party -- good location and within walking distance to surrounding bars. Clean hotel and room. Was a little disappointed with the actual size compared to what the room reservation stated. Decent price for a Saturday night. Would stay here again.

Not familiar with Lansing, my wife and I were in town 2 nights, Fri. & Sat., for a conference. Hotel easy to find from I-496. Indeed, it is hard to miss! The valet parking was reasonable & friendly, the desk staff helpful and courteous. The room was a bit smaller than I had anticipated, but not inconveniently so. Generally, everything... More

I stay at this hotel regularly, because it's the only hotel in downtown Lansing. There tends to always be something wrong with the room, even if it's a minor item. I've had no hot water, elevator issues, clogged drains, broken sleep number bed, just to name a couple. I did hear that they are working to remodel the rooms and... More

This Hotel was awful...SUPER OUTDATED!!! I took my Daughter and Granddaughter for a girls weekend and picked a Radisson because of it's name and for the price I was beyond disappointed. The tub plug, TV remote and the lamp in the bedroom all didn't work. The wallpaper was coming off the walls and the sofa bed in the living room... More

My son and daughter-in-law had the most wonderful wedding reception at the Radisson. The staff were on point the entire time, food was awesome and the management was very accommodating - in every way. I would highly recommend if you can, book your reception here. You won't have to do a thing, just show up!
