We stayed in this b&b for my wife's graduation. Value: Many area hotels were booked or their prices were around $200. Diane(the owner) keeps the rates the same no matter the season and at a little over $100/night this is a great value.Diane was really nice to let us stay after breakfast and check out late. I'm sure this would... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Each room had a theme and we stayed in the African bedroom. It was filled with articles that depicted that continent, Even the handles on the dresser had African symbols. The two houses are filled with antiques and it is an adventure looking at all the items. Diane is very friendly and always helpful... More

The only hotel in downtown lansing was the Raddison, which is quite pricey, so I looked up B&Bs and found the Cozy Koi. For my purposes, it was pefect. It was affordable, and Diane was an incredibly gracious host. She offered to help iron my shirt and drive me to my appointment, and allowed me to use her printer. Breakfast... More

This is a hidden gem. It is a hop skip and a jump away from the capital building, walking distance to the Radisson Convention center, but on a nice little quiet street where you will not get woken up by crazy conventioneers at 2 am. BREAKFAST IS AMAZING! Forget IHOP, this woman can make the best stuffed french toast in... More

Our second visit to the Cozy Koi equalled the pleasure and comfort of our first. Innkeeper, Diane Sanborn, takes great pride in her B&B (comprised of two adjacent homes). She's renowned for tasty, bountiful breakfasts and deep committment to civic/cultural endeavors. We enjoyed a leisurely stroll from the Cozy Koi to Lansing's Old Town & Downtown. The clean and comfy... More

Diane is a gracious host and her home is very comfortable and welcoming. Lots of space and the beds are very comfortable. I've stayed in the African room as well as in the main house on 2 separate visits. The breakfasts are delicious and Diane had no issues adjusting her breakfast casserole without meat for me. She made me a... More

After reading all the positive reviews for this establishment, my husband booked a room to stay during a visit to Michigan State. While the location of this property is almost ideal - near the State government, the Old Town area and not far from Michigan State, the stay disappointing. We stayed at the main house on Seymore St. There are... More

My boyfriend and I took a two week holiday from South Africa through the USA and went past Lansing to visit some family. We booked accommodation at Cosy Koi based on reviews here and we were impressed. The rooms were clean, homely and comfortable. The neighbourhood also seemed safe. Each morning we were provided a hearty breakfast esp. Diane's coffee... More

Not only the only place because it's the only B&B in Lansing but because Diane Sanborn was a charming host, the rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable and it's close to lots of downtown things to do. Diane made a few recommendations for things to do and places to eat and was spot on. Her dog was a hoot too!

I had a wonderful time at the Cozy Koi Bed and Breakfast. The room was very roomy, even for two of us (my sister and I). The bed got a five star from me. The biggest draw was the wonderful breakfasts. They were so yummy and good we didn't need lunch. Thanks Diane for a great time. Kay D
