Mildew smell, stained & torn sheets, dirty & sticky on surfaces. Complained - first told "well sheets are old & its all we got." Did get a clean sheet - but no wipe down of surfaces. This is a standard Quality Inn, but we were made to feel very welcome, and even given a Jacuzzi to enhance our stay. The room was clean and roomy.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great water pressure in the shower. Continental breakfast. The waffles looked good. The man at the desk was helpful and printed off directions. The hotel was farther from WMU than we expected.
