I just read the review from the person that was charged for smoking when it was someone else on their floor.SAME THING HAPPENED TO US IN JANUARY! I, too, disputed the charge, and Cusotmer service would not remove the charge. Jacuzzi tub was grimy, and i found mold in the coffee urn in the room. When i mentioned the coffee... More

If you smell smoking make sure you report it or you will end up being the persons charged. I looked at my bank statement and was charged an extra 150 dollars. During my stay I could smell smoking on our floor and nearby the whole time. I ended up getting charged for it and had to call their customer service.... More

A fairly good place to stay. I’ve stayed there several times over the past few years. Rooms look nice, beds are comfortable, breakfast is okay. They have an indoor pool, which may be why the whole place smells like chlorine. They add $2.50/day to your bill to pay for the “free” breakfast, although if you ask nicely they may take... More

Mildew smell, stained & torn sheets, dirty & sticky on surfaces. Complained - first told "well sheets are old & its all we got." Did get a clean sheet - but no wipe down of surfaces. Housekeeping was unapolegetic for cleanliness of room. Wouldn't use the pool or eat breakfast here! Would leave but they won't let me not pay... More

We spent a comfortable night at the hotel, but had made a guaranteed advance reservation ( it could only be canceled up to the day before arrival date ) and therefore, as a Choice Rewards member and one who had requested an accommodation for a disabled individual, I was disappointed that it was not honored-- and I have never had... This is a standard Quality Inn, but we were made to feel very welcome, and even given a Jacuzzi to enhance our stay. The room was clean and roomy.

We chose the Quality Inn on the fly, and I was pleasantly surprised, The staff was friendly and the price was fair. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfy. The bathroom was large which was a bonus since they had a swimming pool. Trying to shower 2 kiddos in a small bathroom isn't fun. The pool... More

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great water pressure in the shower. Continental breakfast. The waffles looked good. The man at the desk was helpful and printed off directions. The hotel was farther from WMU than we expected.

The Quality Inn is clean and has all the amenities that I needed while I traveled across the country EXCEPT their deceptive billing practice. They claim that internet is free and breakfast is free... until I inquire into 2 charges on my bill: one for "Hotel Service Fee" in the amount of $2.50. I asked the front desk cleark about... More
