Not fancy, but clean, convienient, and a good value. They're renovating the lobby, but there's no construction during sleeping or breakfast hours. This is a 2nd generation (my estimate) Hampton and while the rooms aren't luxurious, they're clean, big enough, and fairly comfortable. Easy access from I-94.

I have stayed at Hampton's all over the country and have never come across the must rude and unfriendly front desk staff ever. Pro: Very large room, great breakfast and nice front desk staff. Con: Broken lever on toilet and heating system not working properly and sagging mattress I would consider another hotel If returning...one that seems to have the rooms "ready and functioning properly" when guest check in.

Very clean hotel. Typical of a Hilton family. The breakfast could use a little improvement but overall very quiet, clean. Maid service is very good and the front desk friendly and helpful. I would stay there again

Regardless why you are in Kalamazoo, it is worth driving a bit to stay here vs. the other Hampton Inn's in the area. There are a few restaurants nearby, but Kalamazoo is small enough that anywhere you stay is within 15-20 minutes of anywhere you want to go. Stayed while in area visiting family. Clean, comfortable room. Son appreciated on demand Nintendo 64 games on room tv. Comfy beds. Roomy bathroom. Convenient to highway. Free breakfast was pretty standard but ok. Pool could have been a little warmer for my taste, but the hot tub was perfect.

We recently stayed at this Hampton Inn location in Kalamazoo. The facility was nice, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. We had a great experience at this location. We will stay here again.

Overnight stay in Kalamazoo while visiting my daughter at Western Michigan University. Hotel rooms were very clean. Stayed in a king suite. Room was furnished with a microwave and a refrigerator. Very quiet. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

I liked the staff at this Hampton and the rooms are nice, but the location is just ok. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area. Breakfast is average here.
