On a recommendation from a clerk at another Iron River motel, I found this inexpensive, friendly, clean motel. None of the fancies, like pancakes and room service. But $45 a nite, very clean, park at the door, quiet, muffins, hot coffee and good conversation for breakfast. What more can you ask for!!! More

Clean, comfortable and great price. Claudia and Steele are wonderful. I highly recommend if you are staying in the Iron River area. I have stayed here multiple times and have not been disappointed. Make sure you sit at the breakfast table and meet your hosts and other visitors. More

We met members of the family in Iron River. Many of us stayed at the Lakeshore. It is a "mom and pop" hotel, where Claudia and her staff make you feel as if you are part of their family. The room was clean. The cleaning staff were very friendly and accomodating. The items offered at the continental breakfast were fresh.... More

Really delightful, clean, affordable motel. Comfortable sleeping, Great patio to mingle with other guests, delicious breakfast in morning and lots of amenities available, frig, microwave, row and paddle boats to use in beautiful Ice Lake.
