We've been staying at this hotel 3 or 4 times a year for the past 10 years to visit family. Nothing has been upgraded at this place in that entire time, and I mean nothing. I work in the hospitality business, so I have a lot of empathy for people that have to deal with travellers. I'm usually very forgiving when reviewing hotels or travel experiences.
