I stayed here for a business trip and I had a wonderful experience. The room was nice and clean and beds were very comfortable. The bistro near the lobby has amazing food. I ate there for breakfast and dinner and the service was phenomenal. I would recommend this hotel to any one who wants to stay in downtown Grand Rapids.
