I think I was assigned a room that was renovated - it was dirty, smelled of smoke, & staff (evening staff) was just about useless. Morning staff was pretty attentive & friendly. Warm breakfast was OK.

Hi, I was very satisfied during my stay at Ramada Plaza Grand Rapids. The rooms are newly renovated, closer to the mall and wonderful room service. The indoor waterpark is the great and Kids will have a great time. Raj A

This hotel was a pretty good choice. I would return occasionally, but not regularly. It could have been a little cleaner, like better vacuumed common areas and hallways, cleaned off tables in the pool area. However, staff was nice and tried to be very accommodating. I have stayed here in the past and am very glad to see the renovations and upgrades. Clean comfortable rooms. Hotel is in a great location to many resturants and mall.
