I've stayed here a few times since my work headquarters are in Grand Rapids. Our stay always includes the breakfast buffet which has a great selection. The rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable, there's a great meeting space, indoor pool, workout facility, live band in the pub.....I've not been disappointed.

Dave Leggett and Christy Pratt on the banquet staff are always very helpful and go out of their way to meet the needs of the meeting attendees.
