4-26-13 I called to make a complex reservation for several out of country customers. Jan at the reservation desk make this task enjoyable and easy. What a great person to work with and I know the customers will have a great stay.

My family and I would certainly stay at this hotel again. The hotel is very clean and the staff are super friendly , especially Zachary at front desk and the chambermaids especially Karen. The hot tub and pool area is highly recommended especially after all the walking we did around the lovely town of Frankenmuth.

Have stayed here twice this past year, hotel is clean and staff friendly. Room is big, beds so-so, bathroom area a little small but nothing to complain about. Decent size pool for hotel type, and the breakfast dining area has plenty of room.

We stayed at this hotel with our family as we traveled through Frankenmuth in October. The staff here was polite. Our room was modern, spacious, and clean. The pool was nice and the breakfast in the morning was good. No complaints at all. Definitely am going to stay here next time I come through Frankenmuth Again.

Close to everything. Clean, updated and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel. The price is good for the quality and location. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner, other then that my experience was good. I would go back.
