Stayed here when we visited The Henry Ford. Was easy to get to, easy to go to the museum and was quiet. Didn't hear anything from any of the surrounding rooms or the parking lot. Only down side was very limited eateries walking distance (1) and the small parking lot. The brown bag breakfast was a little odd.

This location is by far the most attentive to customer satisfaction. The staff is very polite and go above and beyond normal requirements for customer service, beginning with the manager and including the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance. I always stay here regardless of where my route takes me.

We made our reservations online ahead of time, looking for a decent place for a quick one night stopover that wasn't too expensive. While driving to this hotel, we saw numerous motels advertising anywhere from $35-$50 per night, much less than this one, but we figured we had the reservation & thought the quality would be better.
