Appears to be newer until you see the bedspreads and the blankets, yuck! Hallways are very loud as the doors slam shut (unless you catch the door). Convenient to MIS with a grocery store, drug store and McDonalds nearby. Not my first choice for traveling, but in small town USA it's the only national chain choice.

Dear Guest, Sorry for the issues you incurred during your stay. We are working toward having brand new comforters and drapes in the rooms by the end of this year. And in terms of the noise it's hotel code that the doors must slam shut for guest safety so unfortunately we can't do much to change that one. We do... More

I have stayed at Brooklyn Super 8 several times. I have alway found it to be clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and are there to help you with what ever you need. I highly recomand Brooklyn Super 8 to anyone.

“Business Stay”

Sound travels in this hotel, so any slamming doors (that's the only way they close) and people walking up stairs and through halls can even be heard through ear plugs! Nice staff, clean room, but the breakfast is very wimpy and I ended up heading to McDonalds instead. For this being in the middle of nowhere, it was very expensive!
