I have never dealt with a more unprofessional person than the owner of this B&B. She was extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. Do not purchase a gift certificate from her because she will take your money and then refuse to honor the transaction, claiming that they "expire" very quickly. Apparently, she does not know how to maintain... More

Jan is a gracious hostess with an interesting background. She spent 35 years teaching at the Michigan School for the Deaf. Her home is magnificent, a feast for the eyes; her attention to detail is impeccable, and her breakfasts beyond compare. More

I have stayed in inns and bed and breakfasts around the U.S. and in Europe. I have NEVER been treated like we were at Canterbury Chateau in Brighton - in fact we ended up leaving.
