Treehouse Lodge is located in Falmouth, MA, on the edge of the village of Woods Hole and close to the Martha's Vineyard ferry terminal. Owned by the same group that brought you the Woods Hole Inn, this sister property aims to offer affordable Woods Hole lodging to families, business travelers, scientists and more. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard, beaches, aquarium, museums, restaurants, and other attractions are within easy walking distance from Treehouse Lodge. We're a great starting point for trips to other Cape Cod destinations including Provincetown, Hyannis, Sandwich, Plimouth Plantation and more.

The Treehouse Lodge Pavilion Room was a great experience! Large room with very comfortable couch and chair seating. The bed and bedding was perfect and the large shower was great. The room was recently renovated and decorated very nicely. Lots of room and we love the porch along with the corner location and large bay window. The room/suite was quiet, roomy and very clean. Perfect walk down to the harbor to catch the ferry or have brunch at Pie in the Sky and Dinner at the Leaside Pub. We highly recommend this lodge when visiting Falmouth and making your way to Martha’s Vineyard. The hotel service was terrific!

My wife and I love the Treehouse Lodge. It’s so close (walking distance) to everything that makes the Cape great - beaches, bike paths, restaurants, and the ferry to the Martha’s Vineyard. The rooms are super clean and you can’t beat kicking your feet up next to the fire in the garden area after a long day.

The rooms are super comfy, decorated beautifully, and have helpful appliances like a microwave and fridge. But what made this a really great stay are the location — easy walk or bike ride to “town” — and the phenomenal customer service. The staff truly went above and beyond, including giving our car a jump when our battery died!!!

I loved my stay at Treehouse lodge. Location is perfect, the room was so clean. I'd get coffee re-supplied daily (there is a coffee machine), really cute shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Great water pressure. Quiet. Really comfortable bed and awesome sheets. Slept so so good despite being jet lagged. I'd say it's the best place to stay in Woods Hole and Falmouth combined. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at the Treehouse Lodge. It was clean, beautifully decorated and super cozy! I also appreciated how quiet it was. I slept great! It’s also in the perfect location being just a short walk from shops and restaurants in town. I can’t wait to plan a trip here for pleasure when I can spend more time.

We absolutely loved the week we spent here. The staff are laid back and helpful, the rooms more than adequate with a lodge feel, and the location superb for access to the surrounding beaches, Woods hole, Falmouth and the Vineyard. We stayed in a canopy room, complete with sizeable fridge and in room coffee maker (supplies replenished each day, although there is also coffee available in the reception area from c 8:30 each day). The courtyard rockery seating are is tastefully done, complete with a fire pit and plenty of seating. There is also a walkway in front of the rooms, and each room has a seat outside their door, which we used each morning and evening to top and tail the day with a coffee (dawn) and beer/seltzer (dusk) Parking was never an issue, indeed we used the space outside our room. Town is 5-10 minute walk down a road, with pavement/sidewalk throughout. We stayed peak season and - though we didn’t book any tables - we never struggled to eat at the 5 or 6 restaurants/bars in town. Falmouth is a ten minute drive complete with grocery stores. We hit Stoney Beach a lot, being a 15 minute walk from the Lodge, though they offer a “beach buggy” service, so with 15 mins notice they will drive you to nearby beaches. Would definitely recommend staying here!…

The Treehouse is a short 15 minute walk from the quaint town of Woods Hole. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The car service to and from the bus station was a life saver. I would gladly stay again.

We stayed in the downstairs room by the road #22. To our surprise the road noise was minimal HOWEVER.... There was a family of elephants staying upstairs that were running around all night. BTW there's no cable there at all so you're going to have to rely on your phones reception for weather etc.. There is WiFi however we had issues connecting to it. The bathroom door next to the bed has to be shut or the motion light in there stays on all night also the outside lights stay in all night and it's bright in the room even with the curtains and drapes closed. There's also an expensive few taxes that you'll be surprised with upon checkout. Now for the good... It was very clean. Much cleaner than the big hotels usually are. It looked like it was recently renovated. The bathroom although tiny has a very nice shower with great water pressure. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and again very clean. I can't say enough about how great the staff is. They were so friendly and helpful. They have tickets for the ferry too and that saves a lot of time. Parking is very convenient and it's a short walk down the hill to get to restaurants, shops and the ferry to MV. All in all we had a good comfortable stay, a good time and enjoyed our weekend getaway.…
