This is a very nice hotel and the staff is very friendly. They even let me check out very late, which was very helpful. My issues are the nickel and dime aspects of the stay. In my opinion, charging me $9.95 per 24 hours for internet access is like charging me to breathe their air. This is a money grab,... More

This hotel appears to cater to all the businesses in the area and probably fills the rooms based on a great location. BUT, it appears they have slacked off and this property is not nearly the quality of a typical Westin the room was very dirty, the staff was marginally friendly, and the valet was rarely there when you needed... Dear Todd, The problems that you encountered with your stay are not typical of the service that we provide. Although I am happy to see that you were able to enjoy the hotel cuisine and spend some time in our Westin Workout, I am troubled by your guest room cleanliness and staff encounters. I will certainly share this feedback with... More

The hotel is glitzy and attractive from the outside, and the lobby and restaurant areas are very nice. The room itself was fine, clean and well-maintained but nothing exceptional. Main problem was the noise level at night: you can hear every door slam (and they all seem to slam) down the hallway, not to mention the loud conversations of other... More

This is not a 4-star facility. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom shower is nicer than I've experienced at other hotels, but the toilets don't flush well. One broke the first time we used it, and the other had a flimsy handle. We stayed here for 3 nights recently. Housekeeping forgot to leave any washcloths for us 2 of... More

Have tried a number of hotels in the area as our son goes to college in Waltham. As general accommodations go, this is as good as any around. We have not eaten there as we tend to enjoy the local restaurants instead. But the rooms are nicely done, beds very comfy and the location very convenient to traveling around the... More

Made a reservation through Hotels.com, which I find to be a great reservation service. Hotel did not have the king bed room that I reserved available. The night manager (Nancy) cited contract terms with Hotels.com that did not require them to actually have that room for me. She would not take responsibility and told me to contact Hotels.com. Hotels.com ended... More

Great facility - especially the public area. Grand and classic feel in the lobby areas. The room was very nice, very comfy bed with nice linens. Excellent shower head ... great staff. Easy to get on and off highway. Not real close to Boston but great if you don't mind a 15-20 minute drive. Or you could drive to the... More

I've stayed at this hotel 5 times in the last 7 months as it's our company's preferred hotel in the area. So I have a fair amount of recent experience to share. The good: the rooms are large, well decorated and with large comfortable beds. There is very little external noise disturbance despite its proximity to main commuter routes. There... More

Made the mistake of staying here for one night. At about 11:30 pm, was woken by a loud banging sound coming from the wall behind the HVAC unit. (Now I read another guest had a similar problem in room 801-I was in 809; see Feb 22, 2012 review.) Could not sleep with this noise, so called front desk to ask... More
