My husband and I stayed at this property previously and were satisfied with our stay. We were in the "front" motel style building. The room was spacious and well appointed. This stay, we were placed in the "back" hotel style building. The Lobby smells like stale cigarette smoke and the carpet is worn and appears dirty. Our room is cramped,... More

We stayed 2 nights at the Econo lodge in Sutton, Mass. Not bad for the money, No frills. Basically clean, just a bit out dated. Only a few little things that need attention. Shower curtain not big enough for shower, you can see the water damage on the bathroom door from past showers. The Bed was horrible.I have to say the divider... More

Thank you, Econolodge for the wonderfull Hospitality, Hoping I can come back again, but it will be difficult due to lack of Money.. I miss you guys, you treated me like a family. The breakfast was delicious and great quality. The wifi was perfect.. I was a student in 1974 and I came back to see all my friends..This will... More

Clean, comfortable, and helpful staff. Called at last minute for a room and got it at a reasonable price. Handicapped room was in back, second building. It is spacious with both a work station table and chair and eating area with two more chairs. Kitchenette had full-sized frig and micro and a counter-top burners. For allergy-sufferers(me), A/C was clean and... More

We stayed two nights. Room was clean and basic. On highway, but far enough away to be quiet. Only real problem is highway requires "looping" around to go somewhere and get back. Otherwise, good value.

Right on a major area highway but still set back far enough from the road to be quiet. Room was average size with cobwebs on the ceiling and a piece of two by four propping up the toilet. The slide lock was hanging off the door so that it wouldn't take much more than a strong wind to blow the... More

My 2 nights were so quiet, with a window open. Rooms face a back area that is wooded and a courtyard. Comfortable bed, micro/fridge, sofa and 2 chairs plus desk- strong shower, very clean towels and room. Breakfast was usual mini danish, cereal, cereal, etc- very fresh. There is a computer to use in lobby, free local paper and USA... More

There are not a lot of options in this area. The Econo Lodge Sutton is a basic no-frills low end motel. I would stay there again if I needed to.

Not bad at all! Econolodges tend to be rather low-end, but this is pretty much the only hotel in the area. This place exceeds all expectations. Yes, the corridors are exterior, but it is very safe here. No oddballs around, as it is far from any residential area. My grandma would be safe here. Now, the room. I had a... More

We were traveling with our Celtic band to play an area festival and our three rooms had been booked by the festival organizer. I must say, we were happy and relieved to find that the rooms had recently been updated: new bedspreads, a small sofa, fridge and microwave were in all of our rooms. There were a few tell tale...
