Have been to many hotels though out the country, but the Irish Village in Cap Cod was the best by far, from the management on down very professional and freindly, the food well I had the best clam chowder ever and every other meal was fantastic!! We made reservations and were immediately treated like family. The reservation clerk make sure we were aware that it was school vaction and there would be a lot of children. When we got there again they reminded us that there were a lot of children. There were children everywhere but the staff ensured that they were busy and fairly quiet.... More

Disgusted with the staff for not flowing thru on my complaints. My stay was stressful due to the total lack of consideration on the hotel's behalf. There should be a warning to potential guests that it will not be possible for you or your children to have a reasonable night's sleep. Hotels are not playgrounds!
