The hotel is being renovated. The rooms are a nice size with comfy mattresses and bedding. The drain in our room needed attention, but everything else was nice. The continental breakfast was adequate. Reasonable price and location.

There are three great assets to this hotel. One is that it is located very close to I 195 and Fall River,where the action is. (Fall River is seriously lacking in lodging options!) I wasn't expecting much from the photos on the Quality Inn website and where the hotel is located, (not really near anything), but I was pleasantly surprised. After reserving online, the hotel was unable to locate our reservation. The desk staff did go out of their way to call an incoming guest and change rooms to allow us the handicap accessible room we needed.

This hotel is very nice and well kept. Love that the hotel is right on the water nice view from the balcony. Spent some time relaxing by the pool as well as on the loung chairs outside by the water. The restaurant across the parking lot was also good food and drinks.
