The value and the service is above board. The rooms are spacious and clean. The sitting area makes me not want to go back home. The interaction with the staff was wonderful. For a few dollars more it is well worth the upgrade to the suite.

Stayed there on a friend's recommendation. It was a great experince for the price. Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff, mostly J&W students were very attentive and accommodating. The bar and restaurant were very cozy and quiet. All in all, the hotel was a great bargain just minutes from downtown Providence!!!

Also had a very disappointing visit there during the blizzard last weekend. I was part of the scrapbook retreat and was not supposed to arrive until Friday. Was here for ten days visiting friends in the area. The staff were very helpful and polite, a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere is what one looks for when vacationing away from home. This is a very nice hotel for the price. I stay here every time I'm in the area on business. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Having a separate seating area in the room is nice. Nice choice of tv channels and a bunch of local eateries.
