Back to P-town for our annual visit. We love the location-just off Commecial St so we don't get the noise from the crowds, but so close to the center of town. Angus is a wondeful host, and as always, the breakfast was outstanding. We always find the other guests staying there to be very interesting and friendly-many from Europe.

Right off commercial street close to everything. Walking distance to everything! Great rooms with all you need. Only con I can think of was that you can hear the guests walking above you! Overall a great experience!!!

Spent one lovely night here. The accommodations were outstanding, ambiance fabulous, and homemade breakfast delicious. I am grading it 4 instead of 5 because parking was kind of difficult, tight and sparse - but this is certainly typical of Provincetown. Charming, narrow streets have their disadvantages. Highly recommended.
