The first pleasant surprise was that the Lotus Guesthouse is in the centre of Provincetown, on Commercial Street, and very close to the harbour where the high speed ferries arrive from Boston. We have been coming to Provincetown for years, but just discovered this guest house. It was just renovated, and it is beautifully furnished. We had a king bed, fireplace, cool bathroom, fridge, and a granite bar. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is the best. We'll be back this summer. More

We just found this place after being canceled from a more expensive hotel. This place is brand new and has a cool contemporary interior. Big king rooms with fireplace, central AC/heat, and really cool bathroom. Breakfast of fresh baked muffins and more. Hosts were helpful and accommodating but not on top of us. We will be back. More
