We're usually stuck taking vacation at the end of August, because my wife teaches summers at a University. We always try to stay at Seasons when in P-town. Once again John accomodated our schedule! 2011 was interesting, as Hurricane Irene decided to blow through while we were there, prompting "Irene blows P-town" T shirts! Only 2 of the other guests... We found this B & B a great match for our needs - close to everything but just far enough removed to get a break from the Commerical Street hustle and bustle. Our room was a very comfortable size. There was plenty of room to hang or fold clothes. We didn't need it, but there was an iron and board... More

It was our first stay at the seasons: our first impression WOW. This vintage style captain house is really amazing....Rick and John did an excellent job to make our stay warm and cosy. The breakfast is superb and the long table where we had breakfast with the other guests was a nice place to have nice conversations......Beautiful garden, good parking... More

Seasons is a lovely and charming B&B. The rooms are very beautiful and the house itself is warm, friendly, luxurious, and kept to immaculate detail. The breakfast was unbelievably good. The real lure of seasons doesn't lie in it's top-notch physical accommodations, but in the atmosphere there. Their motto, an inn for all, defines the welcoming yet private and understanding... More

Rick and John who run the place are very friendly and helpful. There's a delicious breakfast in the morning with the other guests, who were also very friendly. Seasons is the best extension of the general atmosphere of P-town--welcoming and accepting. The room was very clean. Everything was done thoughtfully to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.... More

I was attending a conference in PTown and was looking for a cozy, quiet "home away from home" experience. I'd been working hard, and wanted a place to rest and relax between conference events. I hit a gold mine. From the free WIFI to the delicious breakfasts (prepared by Rick and served by John), my cozy immaculate room, to their... More

As experienced travelers, we've come to expect cozy and friendly accommodations in local B&Bs. But John and Rick at Seasons greeted us and treated us like we were family. Our comfortable, tasteful, and immaculate room was the perfect retreat after each day of our exploration of Provincetown and Cape Cod, and each morning's breakfast was a culinary and intellectual delight;... I'm just repeating what has already been said here, but Seasons is a great place to stay. Welcoming owners, central location, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, and an economical price. What more could you want? More

Seasons is a fantastic place if you like hospitable Inn Keepers, spacious and charming rooms and the feeling you are home. The breakfast was top notch, even though I have special dietary needs John & Rick provided great food served effortlessly. We loved staying there, and will be back on our next trip to Ptown. More
