Came mid week and town was quiet but hotel was full. The staff is friendly. Includes breakfast (boiled eggs and pastries). Not right in town but a 10 minute walk. A few homes from the beach. This is a nice place that is an easy walk from where the ferries land. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is pleasantly situated on a quiet street that is right near the beach. “Perfect Stay”

We were only able to stay on Martha's Vineyard for one night and I chose this hotel for my mother and I. Our room had a mini frig and single beds for her and I. The staff was excellend and I loved the atmosphere at this quiant little place. I would stay here again in a heart beat!!
