You know those commercials where they take people off the streets, blindfold them and stick them in a disgusting room that has been freshened up?? Take away the trash, leave the dumpy furniture and keep the nasty smells... welcome to the Plymouth Bay Inn & Suites. If you really want to know the details read on...we were supposed to have... This place is fine for the money. Think 1970s HoJos. Sure it's not in the most perfect shape, nor are the carpets and furnishing impeccable, but it's got character. The indoor pool area is great. There is a mexican restaurant a 1 minute walk away that's pretty good. This place was 40$/nt cheaper than every other place within 20 miles.... More

EEEEEK!!!! All of the nearby hotels were full and so instead of driving to another town (which I wish we had) we were stuck staying here for an entire night- horrible!!! Burns on the carpet (in a non smoking room). The mattresses hadnt been changed since opening, in what 1967?? Seriously- this place hasnt had any updates other than the... More

First the good....the receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, unfortunately by the time we needed her the office was closed. We arrived late, checked in, parked our bike then walked over to get something to eat. When we arrived back at the room we opened the door to find an overwhelming odor coming from it...not sure... I agree with all the terrible reviews here and I am surprise and bemused by the manager's responses (which are likely to be insincere). I had planned to stay at Plymouth Inn Suites after a friend's wedding, but after checking out the musty, smoky, outdated rooms and seemingly less safe environment, I let the receptionist know that I would prefer... My family stayed for 2 nights and got a 1 bedroom suite. The room was outdated, the rugs had ciggarette burns in them, and the room smelled musty. the room provided: utensils, cups, plates, microwave, fridge, and small coffee maker. The staff at the front desk was very kind (a man and a woman) the woman was friendly and quick... More

I blocked off rooms for my wedding and it was the worst mistake. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. I was told we would receive the complimentry briday sweet which was gross. My wife and I would hev left but we did not want to abandon our guests. The customer servcewas the worst I have ever encountered and one of my... More

Unless your alternative is sleeping under a rock, avoid Plymouth Bay Inn and Suites. My husband I stayed there for a week in April. The rooms are dirty and are almost never serviced. Towels are a precious and rarely seen commodity. The help is, for the most part, surly and sarcastic. The police show up a lot at the restaurant... More

We're very sorry the guests did not receive the room type they reserved. It looks like we unfortunately dropped the ball. If guests can e-mail us their info, we're eager to make things right. More
