I am here for a bit of an extended stay. The place is very clean, quiet, comfortable and about 1/4 mile from everything in downtown Newburyport. People who work here are helpful, in general no complaints about this place. More

Great accommodations in the wonderful town of Newburyport. Walking distance to nearly all the attractions in the town. Very flexible ownership who really care about the comfort of their guests. Will recommend and stay there again whenever we are back in Newburyport or on the North Shore. More

We love the character of the Greenleaf Inn. The location couldn't be better, walking distance to everything but still very quiet. The owners and staff are very helpful and courtious. We already have plans to return this year. More

I actually stayed at the Greenleaf Inn for 6 months while I was having my condo remediated from toxic mold - I could not live there. I had to find housing that was both affordable and safe for me, medically speaking. I get extremely ill from mold exposure. Tim Weaver was very kind, friendly, accomodating and was a wonderful manager... More

Nestled in the quaint port town of Newburyport, this inn is true GEM! It is beautiful! You feel like you are being treated like royalty the minute you check in! It is close to the downtown area - walkable distance - and to many fantastic shops, restaurants and the boardwalk on the water! You definitely get your money's worth and... More

This is a first class New England style house (also have other facilities). Accomodation is very clean and has a lot of character. The staff are very friendly and every time I return they always ensure a great stay. The location is near all the sites of the town. I have stayed in other accomodations nearby and nothing measures up... More

We were able to stay in Newburyport Ma. for a month this past summer and rented the St. George's suite. I would say all and all it was a positive experience. Quick info: Location, location, location: it was a 10 min or less walk into the center or town, I did this walk daily with a 2.5 year old. You... More

My fiance and I were at the Greenleaf for a two night stay in Newburyport. The location is great, as it's just a short walk into town. There is parking behind the building, and while it is a little weird that the main door to the building is sometimes left unlocked, all visitors get a key to it, so we... More

My husband and I stayed at the Inn for our anniversary celebration. Overall, the Inn is reasonably priced, has a nice location (just away from all of the downtown buzz but very nearby), the room was spacious, nice shower pressure and water, A/C and the bed was comfy and clean. The building is very old and the floors squeak (we... More

Stayed a weekend with my wife and 2 children. There are not very many places to stay in Newburyport. Mainly all you have to choose from is B&B's and Inn's like Greenleaf. The building is very very old, its not 19 century its 18th, which mean the place was built in the 1700's. As previous comments have said, the floors,... More
