This is one of the very best places we have ever stayed in, and we’ve traveled quite a bit. It was not necessarily any one reason, but a combination of factors that made it work very well for us. Staff: great, very positive and helpful. We stayed in off-season so we interacted with the same staff member for our four day stay, and she was great. Communication: excellent. They gave us a text number to use for any requests or issues, and responses were fast and helpful. The pre-stay instructions were very clear and helpful. The room: I’d expected something a little bigger, but now realize I’d been looking at the photos of the top of the line suite. Our room was on the second floor and turned out to be very nice. Comfortable king-sized bed, gas fireplace, microwave, refrigerator, sink, lots of storage space. We had a corner room so we had windows on two sides, overlooking the ed ocean. Location: it’s right on the ocean. What could be better? Easy walk to the beach, and we had a great walk along the beach with few other people there in early March. About a ten minute drive to town where there were a number of great eateries. Bath: good size, double waterfall shower heads, heated floor (!), nice amenities. Breakfast: delivered to our room, and well done. Scones, quiche, juices, smoothies, coffee. We asked for a later delivery and no problem, it was left at our door on time in a neat basket. Parking: a little walk to a lot where we had an assigned space. Dropped our bags at the inn door, parked the car, no issues. Bonus: since we were staying for a while (4 days) I ordered a snack plate. It was incredible. Fresh fruits, great cookies and pastries. A really wonderful surprise that it had as many treats as it did. Cost: had a decent off-season rate, especially given the quality of the accommodations. Summary: highly recommended by both of us. We will return!…
