It is literally right across the street from the boats. The hotel and rooms are severely dated. I was not too fond of the glass sliding door. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location overlooking the harbour in Hyannis within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars and attractions. Great place, great location, great staff!!. Right across from the Hyannis Harbor, easily accessible boat ride to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, you can also catch a one hour boat ride around the harbor with a bird's eye view of the town and its beautiful surroundings.
