As we arrived at the property I had a bad feeling, this was not the same place advertised in the timeshare book. I wanted to find a Marriott, even though we had cashed in our 1 week for this place. The buildings were run down in need of some major updating. As we checked in at the office, I glanced... More

This motel was perfect and pet-friendly. What more could you ask for? The staff took care of us like we were family. And, boy! What a beautiful view of the inlet with a sparkling pool by the bay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great stay. More

A friend and I stayed at Cape Winds Resort in late April 2011 and were pleasantly surprised by our accommodations here. We had a fully-equipped kitchen, large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and sliding doors to a deck, a living room with a pull-out queen-sized bed, loveseat, table and chairs in a bay window, a flat-screen TV and two bathrooms.... My husband and I take our grandchildren each year on a trip. This year we selected a Kennedy destination as my husband says. We took our family down to Hyannis, MA. It was a pleasant drive. We decided to stay at the Cape Winds Resort and we were not disappointed. It is a great place for family reunions. We booked... More

When we arrived the place seemed clean, but upon further examination dishwasher had dirty dishes in it and I found a nightgown in the bed. The carpeting was filthy and there were pistachio shells on the floor and in the sofa. When I brought this to the office's attention the lady was very nice and apologetic but said their were... More

We were overall disappointed with our stay at the Cape Winds 'resort'. The unit that we stayed in resembled a motor lodge not what we have become accustomed to with our timeshare exchanges. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But, the unit had some concerns: awkward, spiral staircase to reach the second floor (where the living area, kitchen, dining... More

This place would be great for a small family. We had two large bedrooms with dressers and closets. Two baths, large clean kitchen, large dining table for six comfortably. The living area had two sofas in front of the TV. You did not feel crowded at all. The patio had a table and chairs as well. The facilities had a... More

What else could you want? While modest, the rooms were large and very clean. A great layout with 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 twins - the other with a queen size bed) and a fold out couch. There is a good-size balcony (not completely separated from whoever is next door - but one can also see who is across on... More

We arrived and my wife immediately wanted to look for a Courtyard or Marriott hotel close by. The kitchen is upstairs, the sleeping area is downstairs. The stairs to go up are in a spiral configuration which means if you are not thin or trying to carry groceries up to the kitchen you'll never make it up. The outside deck... More

This is a cute little resort. 34 units. Was able to add an extra night. All in the front office were pleasant and friendly. Helped in any way they could. Unit was clean and well stocked. Enjoyed the location and the convenience of the supermarket next door. The only negative is the sauna that has not worked for the past... More
