ive stayed there many times and i love it! i am a long time costmer and i will be for ever! it is a great place and anyone who stays there will love it!!!!! only problems is the rooms are a little outdated but outher then that great!!! More

Stayed here for my sons wedding. it was the worst place I have ever stayed. Front desk girl rude, slow ignored customers. Food served in the cellar area . Rooms so outdated it was awful. Place smelt awful. This place should be taken down and rebuilt. I would never stay there again for any reason. More

By reading past reviews, I can only assume that people are reviewing two different places. We stayed at The Best Western Plus Merrimack Valley last month, and as we were travelling with a dog, made advance reservations.
