I was surprised by the courteous, professional staff. Helpful, friendly, attentive....Good deal of pride in attending to the appearance of the Hampton and ensuring the comfort of their guests. We travel often throughout the US, Europe, South America, Iceland. This trip (fairly local) and stay was for a family event.

Typical Very Good Hampton Inn hotel although the rate this time was much higher than usual so that was a little disappointing. Have stayed here repeatedly. Coffee in the lobby was not routinely updated as it was luke warm in the evening and morning. Otherwise all was fine.

....not that that says much, but like any Hampton Hotel I have ever stayed in it is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included. The Greenfield Hampton is a bit pricey for a Hampton, but the alternatives are pretty bad.

Excellent experience. Brand new, very clean, excellent staff. Two disappointments. The heating and cooling system is load and we could not figure out how to turn it off. There is no closet, so no place to hang garments.

No bedside lamps. I mean how do you read? Not everyone uses an ipad...yet. As far as I'm concerned there was not enough value for the sky high price. I mean this is in Greenfield MA for pete's sake. Staff was very efficient and friendly! Complimentary breakfast was plentiful. Room was very neat and clean and the jacuzzi in the room was very relaxing at the end of the day! For our purpose, the location was excellent!

The Hampton Inn in Greenfield, MA is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It is close to some of the area's boarding schools and also near many Western Mass attractions. The staff is very courteous - always greeting Hilton Honors members at check in. Highly recommended!

If you need place to stay you can't go wrong with a Hampton Inn and Suites. It was clean the service was excellent and friendly, and the bedroom was in great shape. The bed is comfortable flat screen TV and free WiFi in the room.
