“nice stay”

this is a decent place in a convenient position on the way up north. the room was clean and large, the bed was comfortable and the heater was working. the bathroom was clean and well maintained. the lady at the front desk was kind and helpful.

“Love falmouth”

I just arrived early to check in and the front desk staff was very accommodating since check in is not until 3 room is great with a flat screen linens could be updated but otherwise very comfortable can not wait until my meeting is over so I can use the pool I walked by it going to my room

“Friendly staff”

The staff at the front desk made my stay welcoming and the same young lady helped me out with both things to do and directions and also with hotel services. I am not an easy customer but she never made me feel that way. The room was decent size and the pool was awesome! Area great for walking everywhere!

We live in Falmouth, and had to stay because of a power outage. The people were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I never saw one bug. “Not bad place to stay at all for the night!”

Very friendly staff, rooms were clean, and for the price you can't beat it. The bar that is located on the premise is fantastic!! Seams like the new management has the place under control, and there were no bugs!

“Horrific bug infested hotel”

This was the most horrific hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life. The room was infested with bugs and although we were moved to another room, that too had bugs. First let me start by saying any Hotel/Motel/Home on cape cod has insects/bugs it is typical with the new england weather. We do get inspeceted often as we are a 123 room hotel one of the largest in the area we have staff on 24 hours a day for anything a guest may need . More

checked into the place and found bed bugs immediately! front desk was rude and the smell of mildew was overwhelming... when asked for refund was given immediately as if they knew all along... never stay here!

We have our complex inspected on aegular basis so that we can garentee our customers a clean comfortable stay. We are "certified" to be clean and bed bug free. More
