Not a really bad hotel BUT. we wouldn't go back. It's not nearly as good as the pics on the website. Having read other reviews I realise that we were not the only ones with a musty smelling room, in need of a makeover that had a great view of the parking lot. Our room could be used as a... More

We paid the equivalent of 70 English pounds for bed and breakfast here. Yes- the rooms are faded and tired and old fashioned- the bathrooms unsophisticated, but the location and the breakfast experience more than compensated for the sleeping arrangements. If we had been obliged to pay more than 80 English pounds, I would have had a problem with the... More

This was the worst over all experience I have had with a hotel/Inn. The room was dated, dirty and linens were tattered. i Check out same day. When I called to talk with someone about my eperience the satff was rude and the general manager was very rude. He said he would call me back and never did. I accidentally... More

Good location but the accommodation seems very tired. Breakfast room below ground, no light and a bit depressing. We struggled to find any vacancies in Cape Cod and this was a last resort really. Not that cheap either. Reminded me of a fifties holiday camp, without all the attractions. More

I think most people would be very happy here it is well situated in the delightful village of Falmouth a really short walk from the shops and a collection of varied restaurant. It is about ten minutes stroll to the beach along a road lined with beautiful white New England homes. The hotel has some accomodation in a main building... More

Stayed late Seprember 2011, Very nice complex, grounds and guest houses. We stayed on a Saturday night in the Motel area with the pool. Motel was a bit dated but the rooms very large and clean. A bit pricey but in this day and age probably a decent deal with the breakfast in the morning. Best part about this place... More

A friend and I travelled on a Titan tour of New England to the FA on 19/22 Sepember 4 nights in 2011. On arrival after a long flight from Heathrow, and a long drive from Boston we were welcomed by a strange 'reception' of canapes? and vodka!! We had booked a twin bedded room, but were given what was classed... More

Laid back property with close proximity to beach and town. My husband and I stayed in a Superior Room which included a microwave and fridge that we used for beverages and light snacks. We missed not having a balcony (included in other room types on the property) and the furniture was in need of an upgrade -- particularly the bed... More

Spent 4 nights at Shoreway as part of a Titan holiday from the UK to Cape Cod/Boston. Had been somewhat worried by some previous reviews but needn't have been. I did not expect a chain type City Hotel just a friendly holiday resort Hotel and that is what I got. The premises were kept clean and the complex had the... More

Other reviews have labeled the Shoreway Acres Inn "quaint." That's rather misleading, I think. "Quaint" implies that it has a sort of rustic charm or appeal. But the Shoreway Acres Inn is a miserable property, with tired, shabby rooms and musty, dated furniture. I don't know that I've ever slept on a more uncomfortable hotel bed, a complaint my partner...
