This B and B looks nice from the outside but inside it is tired and smells like an old house. The room we had was spacious but hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We received no daily services such as clean towels, emptying of the waste basket, making of the bed, etc. The breakfast the first day was a... More

We stayed in a larger room on the second floor and found the decor very worn, the room large but really not very upscale. The bed was comfortable, however the bathroom was low-end (sliding glass doors on the tub!) and the TV was a very small flat screen on the wall with cords just handing down and running around -... Service was great, double baked blueberry french toast was an outstanding breakfast. The main house could use some updating but the service & breakfast put that out of your mind. Great location on the corner of the town green in Falmouth, less that 1 mile to beach. Easy walk to shops & restaurants, ample parking. More

I stayed here solo while on the Cape for a wedding. Jean, one of the innkeepers, was extremely nice and helpful. The inn is right down the street from the village of Falmouth and an easy walk/run to the beach. My room was tastefully decorated (nice antiques, no crazy knickknacks) and the bed was really comfortable, something I have a... More

Good location overlooking village green. Good parking. Convenient to walk to restaurants. Good location too to catch bus to Martha's Vineyard. Lovely homemade breakfast. Decor was a bit tired though but very clean throughout. More

We spent a very enjoyable week at this guest house very conveniently located overlooking the village green in the lovely town of Falmouth, Cape Cod. Our room was charming and comfortable, as were the lounge and eating areas, and the breakfasts were excellent. Jean, the owner, was very friendly and helpful in suggesting local attractions and walks and we couldn't... More

This was a great place to stay for the weeknd. We stayed for two days, one night in late September (2009). Saw pictures and read a few reviews online and had high expectations - which were absolutely met when we arrived. The inn keeper was pleasant, professional and very accomodating. The breakfast was delicious (and plenitful!) Our room, Dimick, was... More

For the past two years our daughter has been a member of the College Light Opera Company in Falmouth during the summer months. On various weekends my husband and I drove from New York to see several shows. Fortunately, while looking for a reasonably priced B & B, I found The Village Green Inn. Jean who runs the Inn, certainly... More

We stayed at this inn for 1 night Dec. 3. Wonderful stay, only $99. including breakfast. We had the Crocker room which overlooked the Village Green, beautiful view. Very clean and the decor was pretty, we took a look at a couple of the rooms and all were lovely. Breakfast was very good, homemade french toast, coffee, juices and cakes.... More

We stayed at the village green in in August. We stayed in the annex and my daughter thought it smelled of dog. I would not stay in the annex unless you are traveling with pets. You dogs can stay in the annex with you in the kennel if you do not mind the smell. I would not stay in the... More

The Village Green Inn closed in early 2006 and re-opened for business in the spring of 2008 under new management. While there is a small dog living in the Carriage House, she is sure she is a princess in disguise. Other than an occasional "Woof" at sounds strange to her and when she knows it's time to eat, she is... More
