Very basic but impeccably clean. Loved the peace and quiet and fantastic view and location... walk down to the beach! If it matters to you, bring a hair dryer. Would be nice if a community microwave were available. Our unit had only a shower (no bathtub). No air conditioner, but a nice big portable fan was in our room. More

The best location in Orleans/Eastham--the last place before hitting gorgeous Nauset Beach. Water views from all the rooms. Nice and neat. Decor is 1950s, motel-y and very basic--but very clean. Can walk down to Nauset and not worry about the car or parking fee. Look for bunnies on the grass walkway to the beach. More
