It's not easy to find affordable hotel while visiting Salem area... So I've used Priceline!!! If you call the hotel directly you will pay $125 to $150 a night... With Priceline choose 3 stars and bid $60 or $65 and you should have it !!! Nice hotel but not much included!!! Pay for breakfast, pay for watermark and pool, and... More

Stayed here for one night on a priceline deal. The hotel is in obvious need of renovation as the finish was worn off on all the furniture in the room. The elevators seemed rickety, and the inspection certificates were expired. Internet service was quite slow at times, at other times not bad. Bathroom was functional but nothing special, a bit... Nasty dirty...I was afraid to walk around barefoot...we considered leaving and driving home 3 hours instead of spending the night. Stayed on the 2nd floor..no elevator...you would think they would figure when we asked for a crib that we might have a stroller...arcade was closed also...I am afraid we may all be infected with something from the water park by... Great stay! We were in town with a high school group. It was clear the hotel gets a of business from large groups. They anticipated our needs and helped us along the way. Service was excellent. We also had a great private breakfast with our students. As far as decor, you can tell the hotel is in transition, as it... More

Was here for a conference at the end of April. When I received my bill noticed that a 20% tip had been added to my bill for a drink that I had not tipped on. (the bartender gave very poor service). After I complained the management told me it would be taken care of. I then had to seek them... More

Safety was a huge issue! Anyone could walk into the hotel/water park from the outside side door by the water park and have free reign. No one checked to make sure the kids we left with belonged to us. The elevators did not work and we were stuck on the third floor. It could have been worse on lady was... More

I read a review from someone who stayed here in December and I have to stay it is all true. The rooms are dirty and don't even dare to look behind the headboard, disgusting. The place is flithy and the staff are incompetent. I would not recommend for anyone. And beware there are reports of bed bugs at this hotel.... More

While in the Coco Key water park on a chair that I had to sneak out of the dining area because there were no chairs left, I wondered why I was there. A friend and I thought it would be fun for our girls during April vacation. Not only did they not like it (13 and 15) My friend and... More
