We travelled here with another family and were very pleased. Room was clean and adequate. We really liked the indoor pool and nice open area in back with picnic tables and play area. Dog was welcome too. We ordered take out from Hyannis 2x and got 4 Seas Ice Cream across street. 10 minute walk to beach. Great stay.

Walking distance to a very nice beach. Staff very nice. Rooms are clean. The hotel is older, but well maintained. The indoor pool is always warm and clean.
