My first stay in Cape Cod was not a disappointment! We attended a wedding and since it was Cape Cod, we decided to make a 4 day weekend out of it. I'm very weary of B&B's only because of how thin the walls and floors are. I'm a light sleeper and anything will wake me up. This place has solid... More

My husband and I have stayed at this inn for the past 20 years. The location is perfect and the Innkeepers will bend over backwards to ensure that your stay is pleasant. The Inn, itself, is a special place; a former girls school (for charm and personality!) and it retains a "sense of place". All too rare in this world... More

Have stayed in this lovely Inn on many occasions. It has always been top notch and the Inn keepers and Staff are truly awesome. Full of detailed information on all the attractions, side trips, shopping and resturants in the area. A wide variety of rooms, both "historic" and more modern gives you many choices. They also ably host parties, modest... More

My girlfriend and I decided to drive to the East coast for our vacation. This B&B being cheap, seemed like a good place to stay. The inside was nice. There is one large room in the front with a fireplace and various seats. There is a lap top, which I assume anyone could have used. Breakfast is included. There is... More

This summer, I returned to Old Sea Pines Inn in Brewster, MA for a Girls' Weekend with three friends. None of them had ever been to Cape Cod and I wanted them to experience the charm of this fine B&B. They were very impressed by the accommodations, helpfulness of the owners and staff and the fabulous Dinner Theater (with the... More

We stayed at Old Sea Pines Inn for 2 nights in August of 2011. I had found the place online and thought it was a good price. I booked 3 rooms for my extended families stay. Calling to book our rooms, the Inn's owner asked our street address. Upon telling him we lived on Chesapeake Dr, he scoffed at it... More

The miscommunicated, the misunderstood and the misrepresented! Old Sea Pines Inn is a 24 room Inn, 19 rooms with private bath and 5 small rooms in a private corridor with 3 shared baths. We are sorry they did not ask us about public bathrooms anywhere else in the Inn as we have 3 half baths we thought were obvious on... More

The Old Sea Pines Inn served our family very well. The rates were reasonable. The rooms were very clean and large enough, the beds very comfortable, and the traditional decor looked fresh. Despite staying in summer, the inn felt uncrowded and the inn and grounds were quiet in the evenings. The buffet breakfast was hearty although its preparation was rather... More

The weather was lovely (first weekend of the off-season) and I was attending a wedding at Old Sea Pines Inn. The facilities for the wedding were delightful. Lovely space, garden, vibe, decor, and historic feel. The beds were good and the breakfast edible, if you can get to the dining room by 9:30am, as they promptly close down service. The... More

Steve and I DO NOT "berate" our customers. "Berated" customers do not equal return guests, of which we have many! I do believe that this disgruntled guest landed in an environment that he could not understand, one that is not familiar to him. The Old Sea Pines Inn is a very traditional old fashioned New England Inn located in a... More

We did a lot of research to find a good value, charming and well located inn on Cape Cod. Old Sea Pines certainly met our expectations. We were comfortably situated in a room with shared bath (great value at $85 per night). Breakfast (included in the room price) offered up a lot of choice, though I thought some of the... More
