I was in town for a conference - this hotel is within stumbling distance of the conference center at Crowne Plaza, which was great - no complimentary breakfast or anything but if you spring for the "superior" rooms they come with a fridge and a microwave. We checked in at midnight with no issues, but it was quite different I didn't expect to be talking to the desk person behind bullet proof glass that was a first for hotel experiences.
