We stayed there one night and the sound proofing in the room was very poor. Every time the people moved in the room over us you could hear them, or if they sat down and moved the chair,e tc. you heard them. Very nice newer hotel. Nothing overly fancy, but the rooms were clean and didn't smell bad. Really liked the a/c and heat unit. It was very easy to work and did the job. We travel from NY to the outer banks once or twice a year and typically stay here, making the trip an easy two half-day drive. Reasonably priced and clean, with several restaurants and a small amount of shopping nearby. Certainly wouldn't be a travel destination hotel, but fits the bill perfectly for our need.

Clean, affordable, and reasonably comfortable. Conveniently located if you have to be out in that area of Maryland or Virginia. If you are out this way for business, it is much cheaper than Chincoteague or any of the other surrounding resort towns. Two small issues.
