This was a good stop off point for us. The rate for friday night was expensive for what you get. The hotel is older. You could smell smoke in elevator and hallways. Pool was OK the floor was very slick kids fell a few times. Probably wouldnt stay there more then one day.

I found this facility clean and spacious. We got there when all of the hotels (and motels) in the area were booked solid. First ever stay at a HIExpress. The King Executive suite with sitting area/sleeper sofa was sizeable, large bathroom and inroom wetbar area with fridge, microwave, sink and more than adequate storage. Super Convenient dinner options ( Ruby Tuesday, KFC/Taco Bell right next door as well as other options within walking distance. Five travelers, one dog, two rooms. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with firm beds. Pet friendly, but costly. Right off of Rt 13, close to a small shopping center, several nearby restaurants. There is a very good Mexican restaurant right across the street!
