staff was fair, except maids, they were very disturbing and noisey. unprofessional...this place is way overpriced and inconvenient to smokers.... way too pricey and noisey. elevators and parking not good accomidations at all unless you're loaded with cash for any kind of services....bellman were fair. checkout desk unpleasant.

I have been to Ocean City Maryland many times but this was my first stay at Princess Royale. I was so impressed: the grounds are beautiful, everything is spotless, the hotel has everything one could need. We will definitely be back!

We love this place! Parking garage for our car, an awesome indoor pool, super friendly staff, yummy room service. We have stayed at many different places in OCMD, but this by far is our favorite one. Love the tempurpedic bed too soooo comfy!

it is not a good place, the hallway stink, and the service is horrible. The hotel is relaxing.
