Hotel staff was great; really nice... except for one shuttle driver in the evening who neither spoke nor opened any doors for us, also flipped another driver off. But everyone else was soooooo nice! Pros: Great location, room is clean, breakfast is good, smoke free Cons: poor wireless signal, pool has a strong smell of bleach. Overall will come again. There are restaurants nearby such as Goodies or Red Lobster.

We were very pleased with staff, especially evening staff (Glenn @front desk,April 6), he was polite,helpful and thorough will all our concerns. The AM staff (Sunday Apri 7) also were helpful with our day plans to DC.

“BEST WESTERN Capital Beltway is Home away from Home.”

The location of BEST WESTERN Capital Beltway is very central between Washington DC and Baltimore cities and suburbs. It is also close to BWI airport which is off of route 295. Additionally, because it is close to 495 (Capital Beltway), you can easily head north or south to other cities in sourounding states like Virginia, Delaware or Pennsylvania.
