“Nice place, not great - exactly what we wanted.”

This facility is a nice little motel. good points: indoor access to rooms, free breakfast. Not so great points; noise from other rooms, inadequately sized drapes to keep out light from parking lot, apparently no local tv stations - could only find weather from 50 miles away, no info on the motel in the room at all, except a tacky... We appreciate you taking the time to review your stay with us. We have cable, not satellite, so there are at least three local TV stations within the 80 or so channels on the televisions. I'm sorry that you heard some outside noise as that's not typical for most of our guests. This was the first time anyone ever mentioned... More

“A comfortable night”

We arrived at 2:00 AM on May 26. Got the last room. The room as nice, but overpriced because of Memorial Day weekend. The breakfast was terrible!

I'm sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your stay. In the hotel industry, room rates are always higher on holiday weekends, especially on Memorial Day weekend. We have stayed at several Microtel's and realize they are a no frills, economy motel but the one at Hagerstown takes the prize for the least frills! I’m verry sorry that our hotel did not meet your expectations. We have never had a business center or advertised one for our property, however we do have free high-speed wireless internet since most of our guests bring laptop computers or tablets with them. Our vending machines serve cans only but we'll look into the possibility of selling bottled water... More
