Stopped here on a Florida-New England trip. Found the hotel desk staff to be exceptional, even remembered my name as we would pass by. Recent renovations nearly complete. Great complimentary breakfast. Nearby restaurants, many walking distance including Outback, Wild Wings. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. Easy on/off interstate.

This holiday inn express was very clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The pool was nice and warm, the jacuzzi was nice, the fitness room was adequate. I would absolutely plan on stopping again in Hagerstown, as this was the best holiday inn express we have ever visited.
