For the price we paid I expected more. Internet in the room was extra. The small fridge for the insulin we had was extra. Positives: Courteous & helpful staff; Large, comfortable room; Amenities quite nice; Convenient location (immediately above the DC Metro Bethesda stop) Negatives: Lobby breakfast is grossly over-priced and limited, but what annoyed me most was the failure to post any prices. The attendants were omni-missing and, when found, were unhelpful. As others have said, usury for Wi-Fi is unacceptable.

First the positive: The staff was very helpful and cheerful. The room was spacious (although the carpet was coming up in places). The maid service was AMAZING. The location is great. This is my third time at this hotel and I enjoyed my stay. The staff is friendly and my room was comfortable. If I needed anything, I received it in a timely matter. Having access (a few blocks away) to a local grocery store was a bonus.

This is not one of their newest properties, and it shows.
