“York Harbor Inn could use some of Mariott's customer service savvy”

My husband and I stayed at Harbor Cliffs Inn, owned by York Harbor Inn. We have been frequent guests at the establishment and have been pleased--in the past. We have stayed at the the York Harbor Inn for many years (since 1996) and have always been very happy. However, on our most recent stay when we called to book a room we were placed in their Harbor Cliffs B&B (we did not request this). There were a few little things that weren't perfect but what ever is, right?... More
