We have been there 3 times and already booked a week in July/august. The trolley turns around right in this parking lot. One goes north(Kennebunk) the other south,(Ogunquit). They have nice new grills to cook on, 5 I believe. Nice pool area. Not a 4 seasons but it has everything you need for a great Family vacation. We went by... More

We stayed only one night it was cheep but old. It was off season so not much was open. They have several grills for use a fire pit and pool. Could be good family fun in the summer. Room was old and in need of some TLC but it was very clean. It fit our needs for a cheep one... More

The Majestic Regency Wells Maine. I was driving along Rte 1 in Ogunquit and looking for a motel for the next 2 nights. After crossing in Wells, I noticed on the right hand side of the road a large motel sign saying vacancy and $39.00 a night. I had to check it out. Pulling into the property you can tell... More

This is a moderate, budget type motel with a nice pool and grounds for grilling and play. Just know that It is very dated re decor and overall condition. We chose this place as it was Very affordable for 3 generations of 4 people as they offer rooms that have 2 separate bedrooms and a sleeper sofa and small kitchen... More

My wife and me recently spent a few days in the area and we stayed at the Majestic Regency. It was a first time for us and we really didn't know what to expect based on the very reasonable room rates. But lo and behold! We were pleasantly surprised and from now on, when I read some negative reviews about... More

This was the only place available during 4th of July week, so we booked 3 rooms together, as there were 10 of us traveling, including 4 children. Ended up being the perfect place for us. It's most certainly not a Hilton, Hyatt, or Doubletree, as the property is very outdated, however, what it may lack in decor and modern amenities,... More

We have been guests here many times dating back from the time the legendary Harry owned the place. Since Liam has been at the helm, he has made changes and improvements gradually. No massive facelift but some nice little perks like the improved and updated pool and large pool towels. The BBQ's on the green are efficient, the tables are... More

The majority of the B&B's were full this lovely late summer weekend, but we managed to find a room available at the Majestic. The price was very reasonable for the location, a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes down the road from the heart of Ogunquit. We recieved a confirmation call about 8pm to verify that we... This place is very tired, weathered, and run down. Breakfast was a messy affair, and not particularly appealing with stale-looking danish, bags of bread strewn all over the countertops, and no one bussing their own tables. The "nearby" beach was over a mile away, with only permit parking. Everything in the room was threadbare... For the price we paid per... More

This place is a flashback to the 1960's. Having said that, we enjoyed it. We released ourselves to just enjoying each other (in a time when computers, and cells are in our hands at a constant)..The room was outdated, but clean. The community room for breakfast was sweet. The donuts were fresh. Having the ability to cook out, play horseshoes,... More
