A very cosy room. It felt more like a home than a hotel room. The breakfast that is included is great! The rooms are situated above a bakery and restaurant. Very quiet town, yet very close to Acadia Natioal Park, and not too far from busy Bar Harbor. Would go there again; absolutely!,

This is a recently built place, and the rooms are furnished with somewhat better than minimal quality hardware and furniture that one finds in the big box stores. We really enjoyed our stay. It was much more relaxing than Bar Harbor. The room (#1) and breakfasts were great. Next time we are heading to MDI, we will definitely stay at Colonel's Suites.
