Not a bad place to stay. There is limited parking. Breakfast area is ok. It us located in a good are, there us shopping close by and casinos in walking distances.

I would possibly stay here again if ratings were based on personnel and service! The staff was wonderful, but this property is aging and in bad need of a massive facelift!! We went to Shreveport to gamble at the casinos. We quickly went through our "playing" money and returned back to the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to have Karaoke playing in the hotel bar. We could have just stayed there and saved $500. LOL!!!!!

The hotel staff weren't rude, but they weren't really nice. Our room had fresh paint, but it simply covered up a door that had obviously been forced open more than once. The bedding was comfortable but the room A/C was old and dirty. So it was not bad, not good. Definitely not good enough to return.

We booked the Holiday Inn because of the location. The hotel itself isn't that bad for what you pay. The front desk staff were not very friendly, but I wouldn't go as far as to say they were rude. They do have a free shuttle to the casinos/airport, which is nice. But if you enjoy sleeping, DO NOT stay here.... More
