Had a great time here. Rooms updated and very clean. Staff was helpful. No complaints other than the buffet is only on the weekends. This seems to be more of a local gamble spot rather than a destination location so the overnight crowds are not here. Band on Friday night was very talented.

This was our third stay at the hotel. The rooms are large and nicely appointed. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are fantastic. Service is great. I see no reason to stay anywhere else in Shreveport.
