Dated is the word I would use to describe this hotel. Not up to what I expect from Best Western. Not at all as advertised on the web. The pictures must be from 10 years ago. Rooms are clean, but forget the breakfast.

this has got to be the worst hotels i have ever stayed in, i can't even hear my self think for all the noise around this place, the workers are nice, but the manager or owner whatever he is, is a jerk, please whatever you do, don't stay here, you will regret it for the rest of your life.........

Omg, I don't know where to start. I booked the hotel online a week in advance and when my family and I arrived at 8pm they could not find the booking. My office booked this hotel for me as I am working in the area. It's an older hotel and it shows. The service, however, is excellent. The staff all seems friendly and even eager to help. Being out of town for extended periods of time, laundry is always a hassle. Not here! They will wash, dry, AND fold your laundry... More

We needed to spend one night in Baton Rouge on our road trip. This place was located right off I-10 and was clean and comfortable. The desk person - Varesh - was very helpful, polite and friendly. We had a good night's sleep and the breakfast the next morning was good. We especially liked the ready to heat sausage biscuits.

Our room was not cleaned when we had been gone all day and had hung the "Please clean now" sign on the door. Intead of cleaning the room they left one set of clean towels in a bag hanging on the door. ONE SET for a room with 2 people. We had to go and ask for more towels. they... More

Horrible place for handicap people.. Did not have ice machine on 1st floor, had to drive to smoking building to get ice. Room had cigarette smoke wafting in throughout stay. Toilet did not flush on first flush. EXTREMLY POOR property layout. One must leave the building and enter another one to access the breakfast area.
